I had a wonderful experience at KIA North Bay. The dealership was clean and inviting. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The sales staff took the time to carefully review everything and answered all my questions. After, we had a tour of the facility including the parts and service department, then our Salesperson James went over all of the features of the car with me making sure I would be able to get the most out of my vehicle.

To be 100 percent honest I have purchased a couple new vehicles and the customer service experience that Bonnie gave me was definitely the best I have ever encountered from the beginning of the sale right until the delivery Bonnie and James customer service was impeccable and even after the sale Bonnie was there to make sure everything was ok I would definitely buy from Kia again.
