Great service. In and out under 1hour and no waiting. Offered complimentary coffee tea and a comfy lounge to wait in. I appreciated the full circle check of my vehicle (lights/hazards) never had that at any other dealership. Friendly staff and efficient. Great job Kia of north bay!

This is going to be a double review!! My partner bought a 2023 Kia Carnival back in February 2023 & Robyn was the BEST during the process. She kept in contact and updated us on the arrival of our vehicle whenever she could. Great experience. Fast forward to December 2023, I decided to buy a vehicle for myself and I knew I had to see Robyn again. She took the time to go over my options and get me into something that best suited my needs. I would recommend Robyn to anyone looking to buy a vehicle! Another honourable mention is Elysia-Marie in the finance department. She is so kind and truly has her clients best interest at heart, and for that, I have so much respect for her. On top of this, she is so funny and incredibly knowledgeable.
