They found me a vehicle when my home dealership wouldn’t. Was worth the 4 hour drive. Excellent service and professional all around even when I showed up a week earlier than they expected due to a little mix up on my part. They were very accommodating and continue to be helpful even after the purchase. James my salesman….who found the vehicle and Celine our financial connection were both very pleasant to deal with. I only wished I lived closer because Kia Northbay would definitely have my loyalty which in these days means a lot as the service industry isn’t the same everywhere.
