I had an appointment on a Monday but thought it was on Tuesday when I went in on that morning. They maid sure my oil change was done that day. They did it right away. Witch i appreciate so much.

The customer service by Sandra is outstanding. She greets me. Discusses what is required for the service appointment. Keeps me informed. Makes
sure the shuttle is set up. Sets up appointments for snow tires ahead of time. Love dealing with her.

I very much appreciate the service I receive here at Kia, North Bay. However, I have become very disillusioned with the inability of K-tech, to provide the answers to local service technicians regarding the intermittent crashing, or complete black out of my dash screens. I drive a 2025 Sportage EX Premium. Usually just the info screen, performing system checks while driving, or going completely black. The local technicians have forwarded codes that are recorded when doing system scans. I had another incident today (complete temporary black out info screen) 25/04/2025. I have been having issues since I bought the Sportage new in September 2024. I am hoping some day for a resolution. Thank you. PS - this is my 4th KIA vehicle, and my wife drives. Forte5. We like our Kia products. 🙂
