Just bought a beautiful truck from North Bay Kia. Was greeted and helped by a very accommodating, down to earth and easy to talk to guy by the name of Ryan. Great guy and very helpful! Sales staff were not pushy and were very flexible! Elysia was also fantastic, very informative and nice! I’m very satisfied with the transaction and will be recommending this place!

Kia was great sellers seem nice, welcoming the technician team looks good. But the one in charge of the shop shouldn’t be screaming at his technicians because a wrong piece was ordered. Really loud and rude for those poor workers…
