The sales lady I bought my car from was very helpful and found a car in my price range and helped even outside of buying the car. My mother and I had some questions and we were still able to talk to the sales person even a couple days after the sale.

Had a wonderful experience buying my first car here! Great Dealership to deal with.

Robyn Kimber went out of her way to take several photographs of the EV9 available at North Bay Kia. Staff at other dealers just referred us to stock pictures which didn't address all of our questions. This prompted us to drive 1 1/2 hrs north. We were also impressed by Madison Aquino's offer to reimburse our fuel cost. These great first impressions were followed by friendly and helpful service.

We were extremely happy with our experience buying our new car at KIA North Bay. And, we will go back if we buy another car.
Ryan Cunningham, our sales representative , gave us exceptional service. He treated us with respect to our requests and what we were looking for.He is knowledgeable, answered our questions and thoroughly explained the options of our new vehicle. We were very satisfied.
