Overall it was great! Very kind staff who explained everything to me. They allowed a little negotiation and were able to work with me to make a deal I was happy with. Salesman (Ryan) was not pushy at all, which is something other dealerships should strive for. No sense being pushy with people who want to buy something from you. Good job North Bay Kia!
