This was my second time buying a car with James at Kia North Bay, and just like the first time, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. James is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He truly listens to what you need and never makes you feel pressured. Both times I’ve worked with him, he’s gone above and beyond to make sure I drove away in the right vehicle for me.

On the financial side, Elysia-Marie was equally fantastic. She made the entire process smooth, clear, and stress-free. She explained all of my options in detail and helped me secure a financing plan that worked perfectly for my situation.
