I've been with KIA for 8 years and two cars. The service department is all smiles and friendly. I've taken the car in without an appointment do to curb damage on an icy entrance. Dropped it for the day and shuttled to work. While expensive, do to tire type and new rim, i was pleased it was done. Shuttled back to KIA from work. Thanks North Bay KIA.2023
