From the first call with Kelly, the experience has been amazing!!! We are in the process of buying a house and needed our roof inspected based on an inspector report. Craig, our roofing advisor, was who they sent out!!! Craig was very thorough and professional throughout the entire inspection process. He broke down the cost by giving us options to choose from. Craig also talked to us about the importance of maintenance and becoming a member of the worry free Overhead Care Club!!! I can't wait to close next month and become an official OCC member. Kanga Roof did a great job assessing my roof's condition, handled the subsequent repairs fantastically well, and were proactive in following up on my questions afterwards. Will definitely be giving them a call again when I need more work done.

Only thing that could have been better was the process of setting up the work being a little clunky- I had to print out a form that was emailed to me, sign it, scan it, send it back to them, then call their office with my credit card info.
