Kanga Roof was amazing. Our roof is big and was just replaced. They were able to replace the entire roof in 1 day, they had an extra large crew working, which made this possible. They came back the next day to complete some other minor repairs that were included in our roof replacement. I’d highly recommend using them if you are in need of a roof repair or replacement!

Kanga Roof was excellent. Craig provided me options for my roof repair. They were able to work with me and my schedule. They sealed up all my vents, did some patching and installed raingutters on the sides and back of the house. Craig and his team were very communicative and I felt reasonably priced. When I need a new roof, I'll be a return customer.

I'm giving Kanga this rating because even though it was not what most people would call a smooth process they bent over backwards to ensure that everything was done correctly and in the best time frame they could. They explained the process very well and kept me informed when weather was going to be an issue, when material was going to be here. The crew was very nice and respectful of my property. They worked with my insurance to get the extra cost covered and kept to their promise on my out-of-pocket price (which is not my experience with others). Great job Kanga team, my roof is beautiful.

I had KangaRoof out to look at my roof after a hail storm. I asked for a bid numerous times, the salesman wouldn’t give me a bid. He told me they did the job for whatever the insurance paid. I got the insurance check gave it to KangaRoof along with my deductible up front . After signing contract and waiting three weeks I called them. Low and behold the insurance didn’t pay enough. Surprise surprise this is their game. They told me insurance under appreciated roof and I needed to dispute claim with insurance company. They actually have a person in the office with a job title of Insurance Supplement Director. I got two other bids while waiting on the supplement claim. If they won’t give you a bid call someone else there are plenty of quality companies out there.

We recently had to replace a 25-year old roof on the one and only home we've ever owned after noticing a small leak in one of our ceilings. 25 years of Texas hail storms and wind damage. We were expecting this to be a long and difficult process, with all of the issues associated with dealing with insurance companies and contractors.

Kanga Roof made all of those fears vanish. I've had more problems trying to get a windshield replaced on my car than we had replacing our entire roof (and window screens as well!).
