The receptionist by the name of Wyndi has a bubbly personality. Upon calling, she insured us that someone would be out on a certain date and time. I called Kanga after a leak in my roof and they were able to come out to look at my roof a couple days later. Josh called when he was on his way and I got a text with his photo and bio. I thought that was a nice touch! Josh told me my roof was in excellent condition and found where he felt the water was coming through and sealed it up with sealant. He said if I see any further damage, call him and he will be right back out. I work for State Farm and after this excellent service I asked him to send me his business cards so I could refer my clients to him.
