My ceilings had water damage after all the snow and ice. The plumber ruled out any broken pipes so the next step was a roof inspection. Jason called ahead to let me know he was almost to my house and arrived right at the scheduled time. He did a thorough inspection and found multiple issues with my roof unrelated to the winter storm damage. The house is only two years and he found a big problem with the dryer vent on the roof. It was packed solid. Parts of it solid as a rock. This could of lead to a house fire if left undetected. I am turning all this over to my builder to correct. From the first time I called KangaRoof and spoke with Samantha to where Jason Hall arrived on time for a roof inspection after the ice storm, I couldn't be happier. You can see the smile on Samantha's face when she talks to you on the phone.

You can easily tell that Jason loves what he does ...very friendly and actively listens. I have a small roof but Jason took a lotttt of time studying it, outside and in the attic. Looks like he looks at every detail. I didn't comment on quality and value because I haven't had any work done yet - was just an inspection and am dealing with insurance claim for now.

I had a problem with my dryer that was getting worse after my new roof was installed. I called KangaRoof and asked if someone could come and check on it to make sure a vent was cut for the dryer. Logan came out about an hour and a half later and got up on the roof and took care of the issue. It was a clogged screen and he removed it and cleaned the vent and I was good to do. This is amazing service and I highly recommend calling KangaRoof for your roof replacement as well as follow up. Ask for Logan...we were fortunate enough to work with him from the day we called KangaRoof to get a new roof, due to the 2020 hail storm. They are the best and so is Logan!!! Read more >
