We had the inspection done by Kanga roof today, but have not had the roof put on yet. Craig Urban was the inspector, and he did a very good job. He was professional and answered all my questions. I absolutely love KangaRoof’s professionalism, knowledge and speedy response. As promised they kept me updated through their app and Peter, who was our consultant came to check on the job even if there was a foreman here the entire time. The workers got my 2,100 sqft home done in an entire day with just a lunch break. I trust Kanga roof. After a recent hail storm my neighborhood was flooded with roofing inspectors from companies I had never heard of. And many neighbors were getting gloom and doom reports of needing new roofs. I called Kanga because they had done a previous repair for me. They sent Peter who had inspected my roof a previous time. I have to admit, I was leery. I can't physically go on my roof and can only see what I can see from the ground. But Peter proved again he's a straight shooter.. I had my fingers crossed the whole time he was on my roof that the damage would be minimal and not require a new roof. When he finished, he had good news. Our house was recently flooded and disaster relief came out and recommended that I have our roof inspected. I feel like any company would have taken advantage of this situation. Kanga Roof and Jason their very professional representative came in with care and reassurance. He was very open and honest about not necessarily needing a roof just yet that we are in an okay state for the time being. Also educating me about the fact that I have solar panels and what may transpire later. After our meeting wrote us a sweet note about meeting our tough times head on.
