We initially worked with Don Adair to figure out the bid and insurance. He was friendly and professional and worked with us to make sure everything was good to go. The job took two days (big job) and Jacob Franke and his crew were awesome. Despite record temps, they worked hard to get the job done. I was impressed with their attention to detail when it came to protecting our greenery and pool during the instillation. I was even more impressed at the clean up. I would highly recommend. Shane at KangaRoof was awesome. He helped us with our insurance to correctly identify the hail storm damage on our roof. Had it not been for Shane, our insurance company would have covered only for 1/2 of the roof based on the insurance company’s adjuster inspection. Shane did another inspection of our roof, provided pictures that we submitted to the insurance company for a re-evaluation of our claim. Shane’s inspection and his pictures convinced the insurance company to readjust their payout for our claim, and our entire roof was covered for repair (vs only half of the roof.) Read more >

We just had our roof replaced and I would highly recommend Kanga Roof. Considering the recent storms and how many houses need new roofs in Wilco, I was amazed that they were able to get to us within a decent time frame. Peter Trierweiler is awesome! He came out for a roof repair consultation and was very friendly and professional. He speaks calmly with a smile and shoots it straight. He told me exactly what was wrong with the roof and calmed a lot of my fears and doubts. Went ahead and signed for work to be done in the coming weeks.

I should have called Kanga a long time ago. I have been trying to get this fixed since September and have had quite the experience let me tell you. I will be a Kanga customer for life especially if all of their people are at least half as friendly and professional as Peter. I am sure they are, but Peter set a high bar so we'll see.
