Seven months after the big hailstorm that blew through here, a roofing company cold-called me and asked if they could inspect my roof as they had somebody in the area. I said sure, and they told me the next day that someone had been by and found enough damage to warrant an insurance claim. I was skeptical as nobody had knocked on my door or even parked outside as far as I could tell. Nevertheless, I set an appointment with the company to send someone by to meet in person the next day so we could go over the inspection report. That meeting never happened as I was continually given the runaround.

Everyone that I dealt with from the roof advisor to the person coordinating the appointment to the person responsible for making sure that my roof hole was tarped before it rained were all responsive.
