Update: after posting the review below I was contacted by Kangaroof. They apologized for their growing pains and made sure the rest of my experience went very well. We hired an inspector who found a few things and Kangaroof corrected them without issue. I'm updating my review from 2 stars to 4.
I recognize that they're ridiculously busy, but I gave them a down-payment 4 months ago and have had exactly 1 call from them months ago and I have no idea when I'm getting my roof replaced. I now have materials sitting on my driveway for two weeks and still have no idea of the schedule. I understand being busy -- I think I've been patient, but the total absence of communication has been very frustrating.
