I noticed a number of roof replacements in my neighborhood in recent days and was wondering if my roof needs replaceing. I called Kanga Roof yesterday (6.7.22) and Candy set me up quickly for a roof inspection today. Kam was the inspector. He was very patient and thorough with his inspection, and documentation in the 100 degree heat. He appeared knowledgeable regarding the process to file claims with the insurance company. Kanga Roof did not charge me for this inspection. As it turns out, I have to replace the roof and am planning to use Kanga for this job. Just one point. Their email to me yesterday said the inspection was scheduled for 2 PM, while Kam's schedule showed it was 1 - 3 PM. So he arrived an hour early. Shane truly is a professional, polite person. I asked him to give me a straight view of what my roof is all about. There was a grim view of my roof but, he explained that thier are other avenues we can take. He had asked to review the insurance company estimate, Said they might have missed a few things, Also said he would need at least 3 feet past the damage shingles all of which helps my review of my claim of a roof replacement which is my goal.
