Suzie was very informative and assured me that the advisor Shane would give me a detailed inspection this Tuesday. Im quite confident that Kangaroof will get my roof rapaired and i will post pictures once completed .
Rodrigo and his crew arrived promptly at 7 am and within a few hours were making progress. Wyatt (the superintendent) came shortly after to make sure everything was going smoothly. I ran a few errands and when I returned the roof was almost complete. The attention to detail was phenomenal !! The crew made sure that all the trash was picked up as well as all the nails . From my first contact with Kangaroof, you could tell they were very professional. My first contact was Suzie. Outstanding attitude and personality. Suzie took great pride getting me to the correct individual in order to get the process underway. Peter estimater/ salesman was very prepared, He had all the necessary info for discussing my roof, took pictures of my roof to be included in his presentation. He also found items the insurance adjuster missed and had the insurance estimate corrected to reflect the change. Next came Keelie, my coordinator Keelie insured I knew exactly where my order was and kept me well informed.
