I was hesitant to go with Kanga Roof initially because their price was higher than other roofers and we had to pay the entire cost out of pocket. However, Kyle, worked hard to price match and we were very happy with the price and the service he offered. D'Andre was our project manager and I couldn't have been more pleased. We have a large roof and it should have taken 2 days. However, there was a storm due after the first day and D'Andre brought a crew who made sure to get it done in one day. D'Andre even gave me his arm to help me walk around to inspect the work at the end of the day (I have mobility issues). The superintendent, De'Andre was exceptional. We were very impressed with his professionalism, responsiveness, speed, and kindness. The other gentlemen that came to work on our roof today worked extremely hard and focused to get the job done in a timely manner. The entire crew removed and installed our roof in one day to guarantee we were protected before tomorrow's storms. We had a question or two on how KangaRoof measures their quality and they were very quick to send an office manager out to our house to discuss it with us. Hanna was also very professional and kind and let us know how experienced the crew was and how each individual is vetted before they hire. Can’t say enough about this whole process. Kyle Musselman was a fantastic sales guy. He didn’t just sell us a roof. He made sure we knew all the options, what they meant and why we would or wouldn’t choose them. Office staff very communicative every step of the way. Construction day couldn’t have gone smoother. Wyatt Foust, our Production supervisor kept us informed all day. Took plenty of pictures so we could see the progress and he and the super crew left our yard, driveway and sidewalks better than when they arrived. Somehow our furnace flue pipe became disconnected from our roof and the entire Kanga Roof staff was helpful in getting the issue resolved. Kanga Roof was able to deliver a high quality installation in one day. The arrived early worked diligently throughout the day and I woke the next morning to a premium installation sitting on top of my house. What a difference replacing a 25 year old roof makes to the overall asthetics of your home. We choose a 40 year hail resistant roof and the color is like a charcoal tri color. Ridge vent etc. Very happy with the whole experience they even found something that didnt need to be done on closer inspection and refunded $700. Read more >
