Had a good sized run of shingles blow off of some roof intake venting recently. Turns out that this was due to our builder inadequately fastening the shingles in the first place. Being a year out of warranty I contacted Kanga in the event our builder would deny the claim. Matt was out the next day to offer his opinion on the matter. He was on time and incredibly professional, even offering some added feedback about how these intake vents could be moved to improve the overall venting of the attic space (installed vents were too far up the roof line). While the quote provided by Kanga seemed very reasonable for the described scope of work, our builder ultimately took responsibility and remediated all runs of venting on our roof.

It was awesome working with Kyle and Wyatt. Kyle answered all my questions and was available for me when I had additional questions and communicated through the whole process.

Wyatt was on the property ensuring everything was done correctly and giving me updates on what was going on and unforeseen damages to repair.

Office staff was awesome as well very friendly and got back to me on all the questions I had.

This was such a great experience! Not only do I have a beautiful new roof but they were respectful and cleaned up their entire mess and protected anything I had close to my house . Scale of 1-10 I give 11 . 5 stars to De’Andre Price for keeping me informed and checking everything was done to the highest standards.
