I had hail damage. My insurance took forever to approve the claim and the submittal but kangaroof stayed after them until it was resolved.

I also had gutters added to the back of my home and one of the downspouts was not where I wanted it. They came out and redid the gutters the next day at no extra cost and no fuss.

I had a weird spot that due to the way the roof is, not because of Kangaroof but the house design, water just pours off and a gutter cannot be installed there... so they put in a rain diverter, no issues!

Professionally run company. They offered several options to replace our roof. The crew showed up bright and early and stayed until dark, then cleaned up nicely when done. Face it, nobody is well versed in buying roofs. Homeowners do it maybe twice in their lives, 15 years between — so it's a bit of a leap of faith in your roofer. We found Kangaroof was worth that faith. From early estimates and advice from Craig, through a flexibly fluid schedule knocked sideways by a hailstorm (we braked the job to work with insurance), and then through the amazingly thorough 10 hour install by DeAndré, Wyatt, and their team, we were impressed. Little extra efforts, attention to details you'd never know to ask about, and an incredible clean up (these guys are TIGHT on cleanup!)... we were glad to luck into working with them. Over the past 6 months, I had 5 different roofing companies come out to my house and inspect a leak in my roof. KangaRoof was the only one that had any customer service/responsiveness. I was needing a repair, not replacement, so I understood I might be deprioritized but ultimately went with KangaRoof as they were the only company that responded to emails, answered my questions promptly, and even came out to inspect a 2nd time when asked.

When I noticed the leak, I was needing a roofing company to 1. identify the issue and 2. fix it quickly, I wasn’t really concerned with price. I went with KangaRoof for these reasons.

Lastly, I signed the contract on Sept. 22 and had people out to fix it Oct. 13, right in the middle of the massive hail storm. A 3 week turnaround was surprisingly fast as I expected it to be resolved late Oct./Nov.
