Over the past 6 months, I had 5 different roofing companies come out to my house and inspect a leak in my roof. KangaRoof was the only one that had any customer service/responsiveness. I was needing a repair, not replacement, so I understood I might be deprioritized but ultimately went with KangaRoof as they were the only company that responded to emails, answered my questions promptly, and even came out to inspect a 2nd time when asked.
When I noticed the leak, I was needing a roofing company to 1. identify the issue and 2. fix it quickly, I wasn’t really concerned with price. I went with KangaRoof for these reasons.
Lastly, I signed the contract on Sept. 22 and had people out to fix it Oct. 13, right in the middle of the massive hail storm. A 3 week turnaround was surprisingly fast as I expected it to be resolved late Oct./Nov.
