Very impressed with the services from Kanga Roof, everything from customer service to the work performed. Our roofing advisor, Shane was great. Answered all our questions and was very informative in helping decide the best roofing choices for our home. The admin team was very helpful with the finance process and keeping me informed with the project schedule.
Alan and his roofing crew did an outstanding job with the roof. His crew showed up early and finished up the same day. I got a good amount of hail damage in 2023 but luckily no leaks. I waited 3 months so KangaRoof would do the replacement (they prioritize leaks and severe damage which I was fine with). I used to be a claims adjuster so I knew to do a lot of research, check into their insurance, crew, and reviews and everything looked great!
The person who did the initial inspection was very thorough and professional. He answered all of my questions and looked through the loss report with me.
On the day of work, the project manager was very communicative. He sent me photos of a leak that was discovered and proof of the patch work. The work was completed on the same day.
I board dogs so they were extra cautious of any loose nails and debris which I really appreciated! I'd definitely recommend KangaRoof to anyone and will be using them in any future projects. Read more >
