Just a note to let you know that KangaRoof came through again with flying colors. While a new roof in less than three years was not an option, I did have many roofers to select from. Your company again proved to be my best choice.
Craig Urban took the lead this go around and consistently took care of all things, including working with my insurance company, USAA, to keep the quality work in focus, just as Don Adair did three years ago. Even with the countless jobs going in the community the work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Craig made sure that the add-ons of the previous work (late spring 2021) were included in 2024.
I appreciate the professionalism of the entire workforce. While my time with Wyatt Foust, on-sight superintendent was brief, he was observant and made contact with us throughout the installation.

I had an awesome experience with the Superintendent from Kanga Roof De' Andre Price coming out to replace the TV antenna that the roofers broke and trashed while replacing my roof. Nobody in the company will even return my calls or texts, they must have been paid by my Insurance company so they don't care that the roofing job still hasn't been finished. But De' Andre Price was the exception, he went above and beyond to replace my antenna and after weeks with no TV, my family can watch it again.
