My first contact with Kanga Roof was Kyle Musselman, who came by to inspect the hail damage on my roof. I was instantly impressed with his respectful and knowledgeable demeanor. There was no “hard sell” and his professionalism was the reason I chose Kanga Roof out of several bidding companies. His outstanding customer service carried through the entire process of replacing my roof. When I had concerns with how things were going (even with steps in the process he wasn't involved in), he always came through.

Kanga Roof was awesome with coordination with my insurance company, and that part of the process was surprisingly fast and with great results.

This would have been a five star review, but there were a few things that came up that made me withold that 5th star.

Kanga Roof hopped to it. They inspected my roof, showed me pictures of what needed to be repaired, gave me a reasonable price for the work, and got it done in a jiffy.

The whole transaction from start to finish gave me a new perspective of roofing companies, i.e. from questionable to very positive. When I need to replace the roof, I will call Kanga straightaway.

We have used Kangaroof twice now. They arrive early in the morning and get started right away. The jobs are always done in a timely manner. Wyatt Foust is there to see that everything is taken care of. He inspected interior flues and duct work to make sure everything is done right. The cleanup is as good as it can get.
