Very grateful I took a chance on a doctor I found on the internet! All of the doctors I saw in person (5!!) couldn't fix my skin issue and GI issue. Less than 1 month on this program, my skin is 90% better! I honestly was skeptical. But of course deep down I knew that eating better was a key. But nobody ever took me by the hand and showed me how. This program is expensive, but honest to God, it works. Avoiding eating sugar, dairy, gluten, etc is hard, but in the end finding which foods are actually making you sick is WORTH it. I also got rid of my brain fog, which I didnt even realize I had because it was such a constant for so many years.

I have been on the program for over 5 months and I couldn’t be happier. You have to trust the process, be honest with yourself and the staff and know only if you do what is required would you receive the best outcome.

Since beginning my wellness journey with Integrative Healing Wellness I have noticed a tremendous improvement in my health. My joints aren't as stiff and I feel more energized throughout the day. My allergies have also improved, and I've even lost some extra weight. I'm so glad I decided to try this program! At first I thought this wasn't going to work for me, but it has and I'm so glad I decided to make a change and begin my journey to a healthier me!

Since starting this health journey with Dr. Erika and her Integrative Healing wellness team I have learned so much about healthy eating, mindfulness and caring for myself. The education I have received is endless and highly informative. It has changed the way I view food. I love my coach Nicole and both Dr. Erika and Nicole are super responsive to my questions. Dr. Erika goes above and beyond when you need it! She is so knowledgeable and attentive. My health coaches have been awesome. There is so much information available for personal growth and healing. The classes are very informative and well presented. I can't say enough good things about this practice.

Dr. Jurasits was my primary physician for over a decade prior to her establishing the Integrative Wellness practice. Now, just as then, she offers intense and individualized, compassionate, kind, care and support. I honestly started to really feel well after working with Dr. Jurasits, through her current practice for the very first time. Understanding and developing a wellness plan with her has made all the difference!

I have been with integrative Healing wellness for 7 weeks. I have already been taken off two of my insulin medications. My joints are not in pain like they use to be. I feel great and have my energy back. I know that I have lowered my blood pressure and hope to be of my blood pressure medication soon. Integrative Healing has done an excellent job in educating me on my health. I'm looking forward to the rest of the months that I have with them, can't wait to see how much better I'm going to feel and I will have the tools to move forward to a much healthier life style.
