I’m not sure how Joey got my number, but he called to see if we wanted to sell our house in Green Bay/Allouez. I was in Florida, so I saved his number. We had the house listed with a commercial property at the time and it wasn’t selling. So, when we got back, I called him to see if he wanted to come look at the house and he came over the same day! He put an offer on paper for the date after our commercial listing was up. He couldn’t have gotten here any faster, such a nice guy, not pushy and a fair offer.

We no longer wanted the work and headaches that often come with owning rental property and with getting up in age it was time to let go. Cory came over looked at it. set up a showing schedule a day after seeing the property. one day latter he and his team had it sold. If you need to move on something fast look to Cory and his team.
