Corey was candid and knowledgeable, easy to work with, upfront with everything he was going to do and how he was going to do it. It was done quickly and cleanly with efficiency. Corey will walk you through every step very easily. The property needed more money than I was willing to put into it. Due to health reasons, I was not ready to invest more time, energy and money. I would recommend Corey and Fox Cities in any of my future endeavors.
