Fox Cities Home Buyers contacted me about selling my duplex. I just had a renter move out, there were a lot of repairs to make, and I was ready to be out of the rental business. Everyone I had contact with was very professional and helpful. They were very responsive to questions and seemed anxious to make me feel comfortable with the transaction. They offered me a good price and I didn't have to do any of the repairs. It was the easiest sale I have ever done.

I’m not sure how Joey got my number, but he called to see if we wanted to sell our house in Green Bay/Allouez. I was in Florida, so I saved his number. We had the house listed with a commercial property at the time and it wasn’t selling. So, when we got back, I called him to see if he wanted to come look at the house and he came over the same day! He put an offer on paper for the date after our commercial listing was up. He couldn’t have gotten here any faster, such a nice guy, not pushy and a fair offer.

A few days later we got an offer from the listing! I called Joey and he even congratulated me. Fox Cities Home Buyers was so understanding and still interested in buying the house from the new owners. I would definitely recommend them. They are so nice, they weren’t pushy.
