Five stars! With how much I had on my plate and losing my husband, it was hard, but the whole process with Page and Vanessa talking with me, helped me through it. It was bittersweet, but it was good to say goodbye to the house. A new family can go in and enjoy the house that we did for 39 years. It was a pleasure to work with Page and Vanessa at IbuyWI, and Tniya at the title company. They made it an easy process for me selling the house by myself.

The two people we worked with before closing were fantastic, very kind and helpful. It is a great way to sell a house quickly and you don't need to fix anything and stage it to sell. Honestly, I am not a huge fan of cold calls but I just happen to be looking for contractors to do work on my house in order for me to sell it. The initial call was absolutely no pressure about listening to his spiel which turned out to be a blessing! I ended up setting an appointment for a free, no obligations walk through. They asked plenty of questions but listened to me about the work I had already done to the property. Then they gave me a very fair offer for the property's location and the amount of work that needed to be done. I took their offer and they set up literally everything else. I just had to be there for the inspection and that was just to let them in and then have everything moved out before closing. Met them at the title company and just signed where I needed to. It was very cut and dry and super smooth.
