I so much appreciate our HOA manager Shayla Smith because she is always so very responsive and supportive. For example, just recently she sent me a detailed email update on items that affected Pickleball in our neighborhood and a summary of what the HOA board and the Common Area Committee had discussed and approved and any actions that would be taken. This was actually the first time that anyone in management, the board, or the CAC have ever initiated such a timely update and correspondence. I truly appreciate how quickly, thoroughly, and professionally that Shayla included involved homeowners.
