I am very happy to be working with HOA solutions. They have been the remedy we needed. Brenda is a Rockstar.

Brenda was kind enough to send a global email out to our condo residents, something not normally done by the association. It was for window washing services. Because she obliged, we had a great response. The service company was happy, and so are the residents. I appreciate her going out of her way to do this.

Connie Schneider has always taken her time to answer any of my HOA questions and address any problems. She is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient in any office procedures. She is an asset to our community's administration.

Within two weeks of my notifications to HOA Community Solutions my front lawn was mowed, not my back lawn, and edged. The front flower bed was cleaned out , all the bushes on the side of the house and the hedge in front of the house were trimmed! My son purchased a weed wacker and lowered the back yard to about 4 inches as the lawn service didn't see fit to cut it!
I call that real service!
