I am the president of an HOA Board in Thurston County. We hired HOA Community Solutions nearly two years ago after a HORRIBLE experience with an alternative company. While the bar was quite low in terms of expectations, HOA, Juanita, Loree and Natasha have hit home run after home run. Our community is better managed, more professionally run, fun and knowledgeable communications, and a general, "we're in this to serve the residents" attitude. Can't say enough good things about Natasha's skills in being a Community Manager!

With a Board made up of volunteers, we had a lot to learn about the right and wrong way of running our Association. Loree Green, our Community Manager, has been so incredibly helpful in offering suggestions and examples to Board members. Since we started with HCS, our Association has become stronger and more useful to the homeowners. We are sorry to lose Loree but are confident the next community manager will keep up the high bar set by Loree.

We have used this company for our community for the ten years. Juanita Carlsbad was the first manager we worked with, and she was always assessable and friendly. Then Debra Porter became the property manager for our community and she is terrific as well. She is always friendly and helpful in answering any questions, and always returns emails very quickly with appropriately requested information. We have worked with numerous management companies over 35 years in different communities, and this company, by far, is fantastic! We are now moving to a different part of the US and will really miss this company. Debra, and all of your staff, thank you very much for all the years of hard work. :) Best Wishes!

Our community has benefited greatly since we have switched to their service. Payments are easy to make on the website, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they really care of their cleints and their needs.

As a vendor for HOA community solutions for several years I have found their staff to be incredibly professional. With respect to payment and billing they far exceed the industry standards. The owner has outstanding conflict resolution for all parties involved in any issues seeking fair resolutions. I have enjoyed working with them and wish more property management companies operated at this level of passion and commitment.
