HOA Community Solutions has been very refreshing. Our Community manager Carolyn Tucker has been absolutely invaluable to our Board. Her response too our requests are prompt. Her response to our unit owners on a timely basis is a greatly appreciated. Carolyn as been invaluable to be as the Board President in bouncing off ideas and helping me to coordinate with the rest of the Board. Carolyn is very in tune with the needs of our board and often times provides me timely suggestions to help our Board. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Carolyn.. Brenda Dickerson’s roles and responsibilities are quite comparable to that of a parent of young children, she is not a one-size fits all sort of community manager but rather a woman of many hidden talents wearing a multitude of hats at any given moment and even sometimes multiple hats at once. She has and continues to be incredibly resourceful, knowledgeable, amicable and easily approachable no matter how juvenile or complicated the query. I appreciate that she has the ability to maintain composure and remain neutral especially during community meetings and at times when her professional position has been called upon to help navigate and negotiate difficult and sometimes irrational moments. Brenda, thank you for making my life and all of those in our community a better HOA. We appreciate you!

I really appreciate Madison Westman’s timeliness in response to my voicemail and expediting my request for HOA documentation for a mutual client. I just want to bring recognition to her because it is not often that documents are received within 5 minutes of the request!

As president of our HOA, I will say we have been very pleased with the service provided. Our account manager, Natasha, is always prompt in her responsiveness. She is well-versed in our CC&Rs and bylaws and has been very helpful to us in navigating the legal aspects of managing our HOA.

Our Association just made the move to HOA Community Solutions and I have to say, I wish we did it years ago! Lacretia quite literally dropped everything to help us on board. The communication to our Board from everyone there has been absolutely fantastic - Immediate responses to questions.

After living in multiple communities around the greater PNW and interacting with quite a few management companies, I feel we have just won the lottery. HOA Community Solutions has set the gold standard very high!

In these dark and uncertain times I'm going to spread some love around here. HOA Community Solutions is truly a fabulous company and makes the day to day of my sometimes overwhelming volunteer job much more bearable. As a Board President, I could not be happier with the quality of service we receive at our large homeowners association both from our amazing, dedicated property manager Stephanie, and the entire team of trained professionals. I don't know how Stephanie does it, but she somehow manages to put a positive spin even on the complaints. When dealing with issues at our Association she makes my days SO much better and consistently comes back with the right solution. Working with a company that EXCLUSIVELY works with Associations, and does not divide their energies managing other commercial properties has saved our Association money, time and headaches beyond what I imagined....

From what I see, most negative reviews are from folks who don't understand that the property management company is contractually obligated to enforce the policies of the Association. They are only the messenger. As a Board President, I could not be happier with the quality of service we receive at our large homeowners association both from our amazing, dedicated property manager Stephanie, and the entire team of trained professionals. Working with a company that EXCLUSIVELY works with Associations, and does not divide their energies managing other commercial properties has saved our Association money, time and headaches beyond what I imagined. The expertise they provide is layers deep and grounded in sound legal precedent.
