HOA Community Solutions

Kudos to Loree G. who is the community manager for our condo association. She handles our large community, plus several others, and I sometimes wonder how she does it all. As busy as her life must be, she still gets things done and answers phones and emails in a friendly, professional manner. Since transferring our association management over to HOA Community solutions last July being a board member has become so much easier. Our manager Cathy makes what used to be difficult tasks seem simple (I'm sure its not). With our old manager we often had to take direct action on many issues that Cathy takes on without being asked and without hesitation. Recently she collected for us funds from the insurance company of a vendor for damage done to a guard rail. The insurance company's first offer was $250 Cathy's persistence resulted in a check for $1650.
