Our condo development began working with HOA Solutions in the last year. Our Property Manager, Brenda Dickerson is hard working, pragmatic and every so helpful. We enjoy working with her and trust her to always guide us to work efficiently toward the best interest of our development. The training that HOA Solutions provides has also been very helpful to our board. We appreciate the quality people and work of HOA Solutions!

I have to give a shout out to Alicia Holum for going above and beyond to get me information for a property on a recent loan. She went out of her way to call me and let me know that there was a duplicate order placed by the Escrow company and offered to cancel my order so that our customer wouldn't get charged twice for the same service! HOA Community Solutions helped get my community back on track. We went through a devastating financial loss and Juanita and Loree helped us with an audit and putting together our case with the Pierce County Sheriff. They were essential to creating a HOA Community with transparency and trustworthiness, they helped guide us through making a claim against our D&O Insurance and with our embezzlement lawsuit. They make being a board member easy. Their fees are very reasonable for the amount of services we receive. I highly recommend this team!
