Your representative, Chandler Mandell did a superlative job of welcoming me to HOA Community Solutions and of helping me put my monthly bill for the 400 Condo in Bremerton on auto-pay. I had tried to set up autopay on my own and failed. Ms Mandell stepped in, got my autopay set up in just a few minutes, and left me with the most positive thoughts about your organization.

I am nearly 89 and organizing things is not my strong suite. Since this was my first contact with HOA Community Solutions, my inability to set up autopay turned into negative feelings toward your company. I believe my first words to Ms. Mandell were a threat to introduce a motion at our next HOA meeting to replace your company with a new management company.
