I needed a corrected copy of a Reserve Study prepared in 9/2021 because the copy the homeowners had been provided with did not show the amount of a large expenditure or the grand total for the year 2037. The information was not legible because the “cell” had not been expanded large enough to show the amounts in question. Kylee was successfully able to get the corrected copy from the Reserve Study company. Kylee also answered other questions pertaining to the HOA itself that she was asked about.
