Meleanie has been very responsive which has been so appreciated as moving in to a new home and community is stressful. Melanie Guerreo, Canterwood HOA has been a real asset to the Canterwood Community. We are new to Canterwood and she has been very helpful and responsive to our questions, needs, and assurance of following all the policies and guidelines. We appreciate her outstanding people skills and patience. She has a large job of varied responsibilities keeping our Community informed.

I am very pleased with the help I received from Natasha Irvin. We do have a concern as we have never been sent any information regarding who the current Board Members are for the Yellowhawk HOA. I was on the board when we purchased our home in 2004. But seems none of the HOA rules are inforced any longer. Why do we continue to pay these fees when no one inforces the bylaws?.
