I am very pleased with the help I received from Natasha Irvin. We do have a concern as we have never been sent any information regarding who the current Board Members are for the Yellowhawk HOA. I was on the board when we purchased our home in 2004. But seems none of the HOA rules are inforced any longer. Why do we continue to pay these fees when no one inforces the bylaws?.

Anytime I have communicated with HOA Community Solutions it has been a great experience. Let's face it, nobody like to make phone calls and deal with issues but when necessary, you want it to be a good experience. I have communicated with HOA Community Solutions once over moss being on my roof and once over a billing concern. You were very reasonable giving me an extension to care for my roof since I already had an appointment scheduled. You also quickly identified a misapplied payment for my HOA fee and had it corrected the same day. Saria helped with the billing issues and was amazing!
