Anytime I have communicated with HOA Community Solutions it has been a great experience. Let's face it, nobody like to make phone calls and deal with issues but when necessary, you want it to be a good experience. I have communicated with HOA Community Solutions once over moss being on my roof and once over a billing concern. You were very reasonable giving me an extension to care for my roof since I already had an appointment scheduled. You also quickly identified a misapplied payment for my HOA fee and had it corrected the same day. Saria helped with the billing issues and was amazing! Read more >
