HOA Community Rep, Samantha, has been attentive and responsive to my inquiries. She has answered by questions within a day unless it's a Friday. I feel she is really working for me :) and not just the Trail Run Townhomes. Finally, I appreciate talking to a human, not AI where I have to repeat myself several times or the prompt that is given is not a category I want.
