HOA Community Solutions emailed me back with all the information I needed in a timely manner. I appreciated the quick response.

This was a bit confusing. Each time I called I received a different person answering the phone. It would be beneficial to have a current list of people's names, their job titles, company and phone numbers so that you are being connected to the right person when calling.
