Connie and Julie in the Canterwood HOA office have always been professional, friendly, and helpful to me as a resident and also a committee member. I want to give them major credit for their help yesterday (Jan. 9) when I needed last-minute set-up for a Zoom link to conduct our committee meeting from the conference room. Kayla is an asset to the company primarily because she is a listener…I will be the first to admit my disappointment in management can only be exceeded by my intolerable sarcasm. She persevered and remained a consummate professionalism.

Natasha always does a terrific job with following up. Her responses are same day, professional and helpful.

Julie is always professional and has a friendly manner. She replies promptly to emails and phone calls. She was especially helpful this evening with a CEC committee event held at the HOA office, turning on appropriate lights and preparing the coffeemaker if needed. I enjoyed getting to know her better as our newest assistant office manager.
