Unknown to me, my pups remote failed after using it for 4 dogs over 25 years. I called Hidden Pet Fence of NY. Michelle was helpful and knew I needed a new remote. She set up a visit for their repair person Nick who came as scheduled. He made sure the problem was the remote and showed me how to set it up. Nick made sure my system worked before leaving. Both he and Michelle were friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

This is a great company to work with for invisible dog fencing. They gave me a free estimate and explained how their service and collars worked. We got it put in a week later, and they did 3 training sessions over the next 2 weeks or so. One dog was really stubborn and we were all saying how his learning curve was a challenge to say the least. He is the reason for the third visit. He finally graduated and has been off leash for over 7 years now with no issues. We recently had them out to put a wire inside the house to keep them out of the one side of the house. It works perfect like the outside. They are friendly and they seem to get things done faster than expected. We have never had an issue with the fence and think its one of the best investments for our family.

Two years have past and everything works like a dream.

I had trouble with my fence working. Called Hidden Pet Fence and they came out to diagnose the problem. After 3 hours of Mike working in the rain and cold trying everything he could, he could not get it to work. He suggested I get the yard re-wired. A week later Steve came out and re-wired the whole yard. It worked like a charm. About a month later it stopped working. Hidden Pet Fence got someone out here the very next day, and Nick fixed the problem free of charge. This company is top notch. They are so friendly and professional, and very easy to work with. The guys and the ladies I worked with both in the field and in the office are nothing short of incredible people. We love our fence!!! This company and the employees were super nice, the installer did a great job and even trained our dog the same day. We did have to call them back because our chow was a bit stubborn when the neighbors dog was outside and it would cause him to run through, but they came out quickly and enabled a "call back" feature which apparently works beyond the fence line and now he doesn't even try to go over there. Very happy with this company and their product!
