I have been using Hidden Pet Fence for many years now to service my Invisible Fence system, including a complete removal and reinstall for our last move. Ralph and his staff have always been great...on time, polite, and knowledgeable, and have provided a few options for whatever it was I needed. Battery plan simple enough. Pricing has always seemed fair, although can't say I shop it around.....I usually shop good service over price. Ralph recently took the time to help me with some pet advise that probably wasn't really even related to my fence. I feel fortunate to have them in my phones' contact list, like my lawn service and handyman.

Wonderful service, friendly staff and awesome with the dogs. I got a free quote within 3 days from calling, compared to others, this was the best price. They gave us a written warranty on wire, a smaller collar for the little girl and a bigger collar for the Dane, and the things that touch the dogs neck actually move in and out when the dogs move. The other companies collars are long and steel and have no give in it. The last thing that sold us on this company, is because their fence works past the line, where the others only shut off if they run past it. We had to have this for our Dane. They installed the line and stuff a week later, and the dogs were trained the same day! My husband is a retired VET and loved that the products were American made and that they are a local business. Highly recommend this place.

We had Ralph and Hidden Pet Fence instal a hidden fence with a rechargeable collar for our Jack Russell terrier. The service was great! He came out to give us an estimate and and to describe the way the fence works. It was installed the following week. The only issues we had was that the Time Warner line that came into the house was causing the collar to go off. They were out to fix it the following day. The service from them has been great. Since then we have been able to access the staff and get and needed assistance. I would highly suggest Ralph and Hidden Pet Fence of Rochester and the rechargeable collar!

It works perfect. 3 people said that an invisible fence would not keep my dog in and the guy gave us a guarantee that it would work. My dog is stubborn and not so smart, and the trainer had to use the collar that works past the line because of how crazy my dog is. The collar that works past the line is what we liked about the dog yard fence vs the invisible fence "company". We also chose them because they are a local company and not a huge franchise. I couldn't be happier with this company.

We loved working with this company. The fence they sold us in 1999 still works, and the 2 new puppies recently were trained to the system seamlessly, in just a week. The service Ralph gives is still wonderful even though he has grown so much since our original purchase. Great job.

OMG...we adopted a shelter dog from GRASP here in Rochester (Greece Residents Assisting Stray Pets). She is a 2+ year old, beautiful Rottweiler Lab mix, sweet, gentle and a 65 lb lap dog. Sweet, big and powerful. When we let her outside she would go crazy. We have a shed with a rabbit underneath, and if let out without supervision, she would start running around the shed like a crazy dog and it was nearly impossible to get her back without physically going out to get her. In addition to that, although we have a fenced in yard, if left alone, she would dig holes under the fence and escape to her freedom. After several trips around the neighborhood through snow, rain, mud etc., we started tying her up but that didn't make me happy so we needed an alternative.
When we first looked at Hidden Pet Fence, we couldn't initially justify the investment although if it worked, we...
