Love the pet fence,their tech Jordan came out and did a great job, was very friendly, didn't destroy the network of landscape lighting wires or irrigation. Very happy and would recommend!

I contacted HPF to recommission a 20-year old Invisible Fence system Rob, their tech, worked diligently and with true intent to make necessary repairs, etc. but it wasn't going to happen. I chose after consultation with Rob, my lawyers, and the dog who was going to be restrained to have Rob install a new system. I received reasonable discounts on the initial call and the completed new installation. As of a week later I am happy as a clam, bearded or otherwise. Strike that last remark. I am not a clam. All concerned did good honest work and I am appreciative.

Rob was very good with our dogs in training to use hidden pet fence. Gave detailed instructions for us to continue training. Great product and would recommend it.

Rob & Jordan called first and showed up in a timely fashion.they were polite, helpful and knowledgable and the electric fence was installed in short order as promised.
We were given a demonstration as to how best to train our dog to the fence and have followed the instructions to the letter to see great progress is being made.

We accidentally cut our Invisible Fence while landscaping. Since Invisible Fence informed us that the earliest they could have a technician come and repair the fence was 3 months out (!), I contacted Hidden Fence of Rochester for help. Within a week, they sent Jordan to diagnose and repair the fence. He was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable.
