Since installation, Jordan has called since to check up on Barkley and provided some great tips and tricks as we work with our dog on getting comfortable.

Jordan was our installer/trainer. We are so pleased he was amazing came to our home walked with us around the property so we could talk about where we wanted the fence. He then told us where he would setup the base in our garage and where the wire would come out through the garage he asked us about a couple different options. We told him whatever is easiest for him. He responded with it isn’t what is easiest for me it is what is going to look the best and make you happy. We ended up going with his recommendation and you can’t even see the wire. 😁 He installed most of the fence in the sunshine but when he got to the last part it started down pouring and he kept working right through. When it came to getting the dogs involved our one dog was no problem. Our other dog is a very timid and scared dog. She was not having him be near her. He did not let that stop him. Jason was great he explained everything and was very patient with us when it came to training and showing us how the system worked. I was surprised at how non invasive the instalation was. Now we have some peace of mind with our little escape artist puppy. Great experience! This came as a recommendation from family friend when we got our puppy. Did our research and are so pleased with our choice. Nick R was professional and comprehensive when installing the fence and answering all of our questions. He was great with our dog through the training portion of the installation as well!

We had Hidden Pet Fence installed by Nick R this past Friday. It was very hot and Nick took his time and did a quality installation. He also took time to show me how to properly train my dog to be successful. After only a few days my dog is sorting out it is best to stay away from the pink flags. Ralph the owner is a very good business man and excellent to deal with. I will be happy to keep my dog safe and out of the poison ivy she keeps giving to me. Thanks Ralph and Nick.

This was the BEST investment we ever made ! I highly recommend Hidden Fence. Our installer was Jordan. He explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand! Calls are returned promptly and Jordan was extremely nice and professional. We up grades the collar to rechargeable batters which I recommend everyone should do. Completely satisfied and HIGHLY recommend using their product!
