Hidden Pet Fence of NY Inc

After doing a ton of research, I called Hidden Pet Fence to come out and take a look at my property. I scheduled Rob to come out within three weeks to tackle the job. He was prompt, informative, and finished the entire job in just a few hours. He took additional time to work with each of my dogs (and me), separately, to acclimate them to the new “fence.” Within days, both my dogs picked it up and have been having a blast, expending a ton of energy in their newly found “freedom.” I can’t thank Rob and Hidden Pet Fence enough for giving us peace of mind with this pet fence solution!! They have earned us as life-long customers.

Our Invisible Fence unit in the garage was beeping. Turns out there was a break somewhere in the line. Hidden Pet Fence sent out Jordan, who was great with our dog, friendly, courteous, and efficient. He answered all our questions, never complained about the dreadful heat of the day, dug up the break in a very rooty section of our yard, and had the line fixed in less than 45 minutes. If I had tried to do this repair myself, I'd probably spend 4 hours trying to locate the break and repair it, if I found the break at all!

Jordan arrived as expected, was very professional. He was great with the dogs. Definitely would recommend them and ask for Jordan!

Excellent customer service. From the person whom answers the phone, Charlotte my representative, to my installers Jordan and Tyson. I have a very small dog and I needed a collar that wouldn’t overpower her size. They were able to provide. My installers took time to work with me and made sure I understood how I will work with my dog for the next 30 days and feel safe allowing my dog out without her leash. Highly recommend!
