The professional trainers are amazing! Our install package came with unlimited boundary training for our 3 dogs. So far they have come twice and the dogs were all off leash successfully today. If you are sceptical give them a shot!

My experience was awesome!
Rosie arrived, so we needed a collar for her. Or second dog had an operational collar (well sort of, more below) from an un-named system. The installer for the previous fence was out of business. We asked our dog trainer for a recommendation, enter Dog-Yard.
We hoped to add collar to the existing base unit. The tech arrived ON TIME! Wow. He was knowledgeable, friendly and DID NOT try to hard sell me on a new base unit. NICE. He spent time, a lot of time, attempting to adapt a Dog-Yard collar to the existing system. He really worked at it, including 2 or 3 lengthy calls to the office in hopes of other ideas. Right up front he explained any time more than a 1-hour service call was N/C. He was unsuccessful adapting the old collar. As it turned out, this was a very good thing. The Dog-Yard unit and collars are far superior to prior system.
