We have had Hidden pet fence installed since 2020. I love that I can let my dog out of any door and I know she’ll be safe. The only issue we’ve had is my dog (large and goofy yellow lab) has broke her collar. I was able to get it replaced fast and with friendly customer service. If you’re looking for a great experience give them a call.

I’ve had hidden pet fence for over 10 years now. They have been great when I needed them to fix the invisible fence line after I had a new driveway installed. I recommend them to my daughter for her driveway dog and they have been great to work with!

Our beagle kept testing the fence parameters so we called Hidden Pet Fence of NY and Laurie got us scheduled for a timely appointment. The repair technician called before coming and we discussed the issue in which he did a thorough trouble shooing and we came up with the solution to reroute our line and to put up the pink flags. It has been almost a week and our beagle is no longer testing the lines. We are very happy with the service and professionalism we received from Hidden Pet Fence of NY. Thank you!
