I am a single Mom and I was very concerned about having anyone in my home at all. Ralph was professional and courteous. My skiddish dog took to him as well!! He delivered as promised with no extra costs at all! The training went smooth, his team was very easy to understand, and I could tell they all love animals and this product. When we needed the fence repaired due to some construction work done on our property, they were very friendly and accommodating as they quickly identified and repaired the fence.
