When getting a new fence ask for Pavel. He installed my fence and trained the dog. Today he returned for a repair which was our fault. After making the repair Pavel did a quick survey and find a minor problem from installation. Ask for Pavel - he really cares about doing a quality job and is as nice as he is competent. It’s so refreshing.

Hidden Pet Fence has installed two pet fences for us, one at our original home years ago and then again when we moved in 2024. Pavel was our installer and trainer for these experiences and he's top notch. I recall watching him train our dog. I could tell how much he really loves dogs. Hidden Pet Fence recently retuned to repair our fence when it was accidentally cut by contractors. Once again, it was Pavel to the rescue! He was professional and efficient, called on his way to the job and then explained everything when he was done.

I also can't say enough good things about Laurie in the office. Whenever I called, she was picking up the phone. She was also professional, helpful and great at answering my questions.
