I am in the process of buying a house and Ken did the home inspection. He is so friendly and answered any questions my husband or I had during the process. Ken took thorough pictures and detailed info is added in the report. We needed a final inspection done and he did that quickly as well. It seems hard to find quality workers these days that are kind and efficient so it is definitely worth recognizing when people are great at what they do. From the moment I was contacted to the moment I received the inspection report, the entire process made my life significantly easier. I was informed that I would receive the after-action report the same day—and as promised, it was delivered promptly. Shortly afterward, I received a follow-up phone call walking me through the findings. The report itself was incredibly detailed, clearly outlining all issues and organizing them into categories such as low priority and medium priority.

What impressed me most was the level of clarity and thoroughness—accompanied by photos and even videos. At one point, a section mentioned a strange noise. I clicked on what I thought was just a photo, and to my surprise, a video played, capturing the exact sound being referenced. It gave me a clear, almost firsthand understanding of the issue.

They are a great inspection service. They take their time and communicate everything they find out. They even send pictures and thermal images! If I ever need another inspection, I know who to call!!! They are A1!!!
