Our realtor recommended….I had a little skepticism about paying for an inspection on a brand new construction. I’m so grateful I took advice from family… We received a veterans discount… From the beginning, the process has been professional, clear and simple….We received emails of details with every steps. After inspection, Alex our inspector called and provided a summary of his findings. Alex emailed the written report which automatically went to our realtor which was very convenient. He took time to ensure I was able to open the email and view the detailed report. He ensures I understood how to review and see the priority findings… The report was very thorough….
